The Placement Team of Electronics and Communication Engineering Department organized a preparatory session for BTech Semester VII students to prepare themselves for the upcoming internship drive of Clutterbot, Bangalore. The session was conducted by Mr. Hardik Panchal, Alumnus, Nirma University (hardik23398@gmail.com) working as Robotics Engineer at Clutterbot, Bangalore. The session was organized on Google Meet on 03/12/2022 from 10:00 am to 10:45 am. The purpose of the session was to have the students gain a general understanding of working field of Clutterbot, its interview process, what to look for in the last minutes, and how to make their resume powerful and appealing. The session stared with a welcome-note and the introduction of the guest by Dr. Sachin Gajjar, Placement Coordinator.
Next Mr. Hardik Patel shared his experience at Clutterbot. He tried to cover various parameters like work culture, work life balance, technology used, and teams at Clutterbot. As discussed by Mr. Hardik Patel, the company is focusing on developing cleaning robot which can also detect obstacles using various algorithms and techniques with the combination of robotics and AI/ML. Also, their target market is USA and Canada. Python is majorly used in ML and C++ is employed in robotics. Everyday is full of learning and exciting challenges at Clutterbot. He finally ended the session with some tips regarding Clutterbot interview process. At the end he resolved few doubts which the students were having.
