The programme was conducted under the coordinator-ship of Dr Akash Mecwan, and Dr Vijay Savani, Assistant Professors, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Institute of Technology, Nirma University. The programme was partially funded by the Gujarat Council of Science and Technology (GUJCOST).

The workshop received an overwhelming response with more than 100 queries for participation. Considering the hands-on training session and also ensuring effective interactions, the participation was restricted to thirty-six.
