TTTC workshop on VLSI Test and Reliability
IEEE Test Technology Technical Council (tttc) is a very reputed council being run by IEEE Computer Society working in the domain of VLSI Design and Test. The TTTC has planned a workshop at EC Department, Institute of Technology, Nirma University during 2-4 March, 2023. There are limited seats available considering the restricted number of licenses of EDA tools. Interested candidates may apply for the same.
