Registration Guidelines
- The registration fees include GST/Taxes
- The registration fees cover the tutorial sessions and all the sessions for three days of the conference.
- At least one author of an accepted paper must register for ATS 2024 under Authors category
- Registered authors must present the paper in person at the conference to receive a certificate
- Only those papers, presented at the conference, will be forwarded to IEEE for inclusion in the conference proceedings
- Co-Author(s), Non-Author(s), industry forum participants and PhD research forum participants may register under Delegate category
- The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
- Registered authors/delegates should submit a valid ID proof and must carry the original ID card while attending the conference.
- IEEE membership for the year 2024 is required to register under the IEEE membership category and valid proof has to be submitted during the conference
- The registration fee includes conference kit, refreshment, and lunch during the conference.
- Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
- Sight-seeing and gala dinner are chargeable. The further instructions for the same will be shared in December first week.
- 10% discount on the registration fee will be provided for participants who wish to do bulk registrations (more than 5 members) from the same institution/organization. Interested participants may contact registration chair for further details.
