Registration Guidelines

          • The registration fees include GST/Taxes, however, the transaction charges applicable will be borne by the candidates.
                • The registration fees cover the tutorial sessions and all the sessions for three days of the conference.
                • At least one author of an accepted paper must register for ATS 2024 under Authors category.
                • Registered authors must present the paper in person at the conference to receive a certificate.
                • Only those papers, presented at the conference, will be forwarded to IEEE for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
                • Co-Author(s), Non-author(s), industry forum participants, the contestants of Doctoral Thesis Award and Student Research
                  Forum participants need to register under the Delegate category.
                • The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
                • Registered authors/delegates should submit a valid ID proof and must carry the original ID card while attending the
                  conference.
                • IEEE membership for the year 2024 is required to register under the IEEE member category and valid proof has to be submitted during the conference.
                • The registration fee includes conference kit, refreshment, and lunch during the conference.
                • Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
                • For the bulk registration kindly contact the registration chair.
                • For the nominated participants by the sponsors, a separate list of participants is required to be sent to the registration chair by the sponsors.

              Step: 1  The participants are requested to refer the registration fee table to decide the amount of registration fees.

              Confirmation for the registration will be sent to the email id mentioned by you in the form after the verification of the details.

Fellowship Information

  • ATS-2024 organizing committee wishes to offer fellowships to a few faculties and meritorious students who don’t have any financial support from their parent institution or any other organization to attend the conference.

Students or faculty members applying for the fellowships should preferably be involved in research areas related to the theme of the conference.

For any accepted paper, one author registration is mandatory. The fellowship may be granted to the second author attending the conference.

The fellows will get the full or part of the registration fees as complimentary and/or travel support.  More details will be provided in the fellowship intimation email to the selected applicants.

  • Step 1: Apply for the fellowship with all the relevant details on the link given below .

  • Step 2: Selected applicants will be notified via email.

 

  • Step 3: Notified applicants will be required to submit a softcopy of the DD (of INR 5,000/-) for confirming their participation.

  • Step 4: Fellows will attend the conference. Submit the hardcopy of the DD on the first day.

  • Step 5: On the last day of the conference, Fellows will submit all the required documents for reimbursement. The DD will be return on the last day if fellow have attended all four days of the conference.

  • Step 6: Reimbursement settlement will be made within 60 days of conference completion.
