The objective of this track is to provide an informal platform to connect the Industry, Academia and Researcher for the discussion, problem solving, sharing the updates and collaborative work. The VLSI and Semiconductor Industry professionals can talk about any specific test topic of interest with test community at large. The participant can present the success stories, new findings, tricks for improvement in efforts, a problem for open discussion, a project with possibility of collaboration with academia or research institutes. These are the suggestive topics but not limited to these only. The prospective participant can submit any innovative discussion/presentation points and communicate to ATS-team for further discussion.
Authors are invited to submit a crisp power point presentation regarding their topic for this track or an extended abstract which is no less than two pages. The presentations from this track will not be published in IEEE Explore as part of ATS main conference proceedings.
