EC Dept., Institute of Technology, Nirma University, hosted an expert session on Op-Amp Design by Prof. Hitesh Shrimali, IIT Mandi on 9th Jan 2025. It provided an in-depth understanding of various operational amplifier types, their design principles, and application-specific rules. Key insights included the analysis of circuit behaviour, practical considerations in design, and the interpretation of characteristic plots such as gain and frequency response. The session, organised by Dr. Nagendra Gajjar, Dr. Akash Mecwan, and Dr. Chetna Chauhan, enhanced the attendees’ understanding of Op-Amps’ versatility in analog circuits.
