A unique initiative by students of Nirma University gifted Diwali sweets to over 450 workers and support staff.
In the spirit of Diwali 2024, students from Nirma University showed gratitude to their support staff. The Electronics and Communication Students’ Organisation (ECO), together with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, led a sweet distribution event for over 450 campus workers.
The event took place with the presence of Dr Himanshu Soni, Director of the School of Technology, and Dr Usha Mehta, Head of the ECE Department. Faculty members and students also attended to share in the celebrations.
The initiative aimed to honour the dedication of the support staff, whose contributions are vital to the university. By distributing Diwali sweets, students brought cheer to the staff and celebrated a sense of unity within the campus.
