Call for Special Session Proposal

The 33rd IEEE Asian Test Symposium (ATS) will be held from December 17 to December 20, 2024, at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. ATS 2024 provides an international forum for engineers and researchers to present and discuss various aspects of device, board, and system testing with design, manufacturing, and field considerations in mind.

We invite proposals for Special Sessions to be presented at ATS 2024. Special Sessions aim to provide the test community with a comprehensive treatment of timely topics of interest. These sessions may include invited papers, panel discussions, and presentations that address emerging topics and state-of-the-art developments.

Topics of Interest

Special Sessions can cover any relevant topic within the scope of ATS, including but not limited to:

  • Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG)
  • Analog and Mixed-Signal Test
  • Boundary Scan Test
  • Built-In Self-Test
  • Design for Testability (DFT)
  • Fault Modeling and Simulation
  • High-Speed I/O and RF Testing
  • Memory and FPGA Test
  • On-Line Testing
  • System-on-a-Chip (SoC) and System-in-Package (SiP) Testing
  • Hardware Security and Trust
  • Test Compression
  • Test Quality and Yield Analysis

Proposal Submission

Proposals should include:

  1. Title of the Special Session
  2. Rationale for the session, emphasizing its importance and relevance to the ATS community
  3. Names and affiliations of the organizers
  4. List of proposed speakers and their presentation titles
  5. Brief abstracts of each presentation

Important Dates

  • Proposal Submission Deadline: August 31, 2024
  • Notification of Acceptance: Septemeber 31, 2024
  • Camera-Ready Manuscripts Due: October 15, 2024
